Baan MyThai is thoughtfully arranged as a collection of independent sleeping
units surrounding a central living space.
This unique layout allows families and groups of friends to share the same
property while enjoying privacy, personal space and effortless togetherness —
a rare luxury on the peaceful island of Koh Mak.
Though composed of several separate units, the estate is always rented
exclusively as a whole property, ensuring complete privacy and a seamless
experience throughout your stay.

Pool House — The Heart of Baan MyThai
Bright, open and naturally connected to the swimming pool, the Pool House is
the social centre of the estate.
Designed for gathering and shared experiences, it features a fully equipped
kitchen, generous dining spaces and an elegant bar — allowing for long
lunches, relaxed afternoons and memorable dinners for up to sixteen guests.
Three distinct dining areas, shaded terraces, sun loungers and an elevated sala
create a seamless flow between indoor comfort and outdoor island living. A
guest WC and thoughtful details throughout ensure both practicality and ease.
Airy, modern and perfectly integrated into its surroundings, the Pool House
embodies the balance between vibrant shared moments and the peaceful
rhythm of Koh Mak.

The Main Villa
Naga House is the heart of the estate — spacious, bright and designed for
comfort.
The villa features three king-size bedrooms, all fully air-conditioned, along with
three Smart TVs and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. Two bedrooms are
located on the ground floor with en-suite bathrooms and private terraces, while
the upper level offers an independent bedroom with its own terrace.
A large air-conditioned living area provides generous space to gather, relax or
spend time together.
Naga House comfortably accommodates up to six guests, with the option to
host two additional guests on the sofa bed.

Two-Storey Bungalow
Charming and independent, Hanuman is a private duplex designed for flexibility
and comfort.
Upstairs, a king-size bedroom with air conditioning opens onto a private terrace
— a peaceful space to unwind and enjoy the island breeze.
On the ground floor, a welcoming living area features a convertible queen-size
sofa bed, Smart TV and a small kitchen bar with fridge. A modern bathroom
with walk-in shower and a second terrace complete the space.
Hanuman accommodates two guests comfortably, with the option to host up to
four using the sofa bed.

Private Bungalows
Nestled within the estate, Yak 1 and Yak 2 are two independent stand-alone
bungalows designed for privacy and quiet comfort.
Each bungalow features a king-size bed, air conditioning, Smart TV and a
modern bathroom with walk-in shower. A small fridge adds everyday
convenience, while a private garden terrace below the bungalow offers an
intimate outdoor space with seating — perfect for slow mornings or relaxed
evenings.
